Hi there, I have a small bathroom/laundry in an apartment in Mt Lawley which has had some bad tiling done. I would like a quote on taking up the old floor tiles, re-screeding the floor, including the shower, creating a new shower plinth, and installing new floor tiles and shower screen. Approx size of the room is 8 sqm (including shower).
Our head of trades attended the property the day after receiving this enquiry and the renovation was complete within 2 weeks from commencement.

The scope of our quoted works are as follows:
- Demolition of the current tiling, including floor levelling, wall rendering and waterproofing to the shower area;
- Supply and lay new tiles to the bathroom floor (allowance $30 per square meter);
- Supply and lay new tiles to the shower walls (allowance $30 per square meter);
- Renew the shower hob;
- Includes required plumbing;
- Supply and install new shower mixer; and
- Remove all waste & clean site.
Installation of Shower Screen

- Remove all waste & clean site.
New Toilet Suite
