A property manager from one of our long standing real estate agent partners, Momentum Wealth, reached out and asked AAS to renovate the following items in this Perth investment property.

Scope of Completed Works
Bathroom renovation – with new bath
The scope of work was:
- Remove and dispose of old tiles
- Supply and install floor screed
- Supply and install waterproofing
- Supply and install new bathroom floor tiles
- Supply and install new acrylic bath (with a shower overhead)
- Brick up new bath
- Tile skirting around perimeter of bathroom
- Supply and install new 200×200 white wall tiles and 200×200 floor tiles to match laundry
- Supply and install new mirror over vanity
- Supply and install new shower mixer tap with two outlets for the shower and bath
- Supply and install a fixed panel screen next to the vanity
- Remove all waste & clean site.
Kitchen renovation
The kitchen was outdated and needs a revamp. The scope of quoted works were as follows:
- Remove and dispose of existing kitchen cabinets, bench top and sink
- Supply and install white base cabinets, doors and handles including a dishwasher recess with electrical and plumbing included
- Supply and install a laminate bench top (stone look)
- Supply and install new sink and mixer
- Supply and install new 200×200 splash back tiles
- All plumbing included
- Remove all waste & clean site.
Removal of linen cabinets
The scope of our quoted works are as follows:
- Remove existing linen cabinets and dispose
- Remove all waste & clean site.
Replace light fitting in the living area
The scope of our quoted works were as follows:
- AAS supplied the electrician only and the owner choose the new light fittings
- Labour for electrician to fit two light fittings
- Remove all waste & clean site.
Tiling to laundry and toilet floor
The scope of our quoted works were as follows:
- Supply and install new selected 200×200 floor tiles to laundry and toilet floor (floor tiles to be installed over the existing ones)
- Remove all waste & clean site.
