Our client was looking to create a great-looking bathroom that is also built to last. The goal was to create a space that would suit the family’s needs and could also work well for guests. Another goal was to maximise storage options and functionality.

The existing bathroom contained a dated over-bath shower, as well as an old cupboard that had been used for storing towels and linens. There were also other issues typical of older houses. These included little or no ventilation, so heat and steam couldn’t escape, and the old roof meant the ceiling was very low on one side of the room.

Bathroom Renovation Hilton Scope of Works

The scope of our completed bathroom renovation works were as follows:

First we demolished and removed existing tiles, bathroom vanity, shower screen and tap-ware;
Then we converted one of the existing cupboards into a concealed laundry and the other a line cupboard;
Next we supplied and installed a new bathroom and hallway ceiling;
Then we supplied and installed new cupboards, bathroom tiles, toilet, shower, tap-ware and bathroom vanity with two sinks; and
Finally we supplied and installed new vinyl flooring in the hallway.
